In the spirit of Steamboat Springs winter events, we are offering Passes to the entire array of events along with single ticket (“a la carte”) options for performance events. These passes are transferable, and we encourage you to purchase passes for your friends and family as part of your holiday giving.  Great stocking stuffers!
A proportion of your Pass purchase price will go directly into the new Community Scholarship Fund, and that part will be tax deductible. We will follow-up after the residency by mail to let you know how much of your Pass may be itemized on your tax returns as a tax deduction.  Our goal is to completely cover the cost of the WinterSong residency and then apply 100% of the profit to the new Community Scholarship Fund.
    About the Community Scholarship Fund
In order to offer our local kids the experience of Perry-Mansfield’s arts programming, Perry-Mansfield is launching a Scholarship Fund that will support local and visiting kids (grades 5-7, approximately ages 10-12) in two different ways, based on their summer plans and finances: 1) underwrite participation in the residential school and camp, and 2) offer a day-camp experience to kids who plan to engage in other activities and cannot commit to a residential program (ArtsBootCamp). Besides the obvious financial difference, we have found that many of our arts-interested kids are torn between their desire to visit with family, play sports, and to travel and their desire to engage in an arts program. The ArtsBootCamp instructors will be the same world-class faculty that Perry-Mansfield brings to Steamboat for the residential program, but they will teach 2 hours a day at Bud Werner Memorial Library. Our goal with this Scholarship Fund is to support families in whichever choice they make —  let’s get everyone in an arts program!
